Doug Bayles, P.E. has over 22 years of engineering experience in design, construction and maintenance of bulk petroleum facilities worldwide. As a licensed Professional Engineer in 48 States, and also Guam, Alberta, Canada and Saskatchewan, Canada, Doug has expertly designed, constructed and maintained commercial and military terminal facilities throughout the US and abroad. Additionally, he is a certified API 653 Inspector #1904 and Certified STI-SP001 Inspector.

Ty has 30+ years experience in the design of steel plate structures. He is a member of several API committees and is past chairman of the API Subcommittee on Manufacturers and Contractors. In 2010 Ty was recognized for 25 years of service on API CRE AST committees. Hagen has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and is a registered professional engineer in 24 states and a registered General Contractor in 2 states.
