Hager Investment Management Services, LLC is an independent, privately owned, state-registered investment advisory firm located in New London, New Hampshire. Peter Hager founded the business in 1982 after close to twenty years of experience in investment management and security analysis with major financial institutions. Originally organized as a sole proprietorship, the business restructured as a limited liability company in 2001. His son, Andrew, joined the business in 1995. The firm provides services to individual investors, endowments, and retirement funds on both discretionary and non-discretionary arrangements. The business has grown to the point where, as of March 31, 2007, it currently manages fifty- three portfolios in twenty-seven client relationships. Total assets under management are approximately $31.95 million.
