Description
Originally from New York, Hal graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Science Degree. His post graduate work included a Masters Degree from Golden Gate University. Hal is a Vietnam Veteran, holding among his many decorations for his wartime service, two Distinguished Flying Crosses . Hal entered the real estate industry with a sales person's license in 1985 and received his broker’s license in 1989. Active in the community since his Air Force retirement, he served on the City of Vacaville Planning Commission from 1987-1991. During that time he served as the commission’s Vice Chairman and for a period of time chaired the city’s General Plan Committee. In the local real estate industry he has served as President of the local Association of Realtors
