Roger has enjoyed working with financial, healthcare and tax planning institutions since 1984. His primary focus through the years has been to help retirees and pre-retirees in preserving their lifestyle and providing a legacy. He has worked with thousands of clients and conducted retirement planning workshops across the state of South Carolina.

Roger was raised in Lexington and has resided in the area for over 53 years. He married his lovely wife Vickie in 1983 and they have been blessed with two beautiful children. Today, Roger and Vickie are also proud grandparents of two wonderful grandchildren.

In 2008, Hall Tax & Planning Services was born. Roger is now able to provide clients with the resources of professionals in many facets of the financial realm, such as: attorneys, accountants, financial/investment advisors, estate planners, etc. His objective is for his clients to have the advantage of having a team of retirement professionals on the same page and striving to reach common goals.
