As a courtesy, the Company intends to provide quarterly financial results of Stackpole International Holding, LP for the fiscal quarter ended September 28, 2013 on or before December 31, 2013. In accordance with the terms of the Indenture, the Company will provide the annual reporting package of Stackpole International (Combined) for the fiscal period ending December 31, 2013, within 150 days of the end of the fiscal year.

We are one of the three largest non-captive oil pump producers in the world and the second largest powder metal producer in North America.
