Samuel B. Ross II recently retired from his position as chairman and chief executive officer of SBR, Inc., a holding company which he founded in 1972. SBR was the parent company of Simonton Windows, one of the nation’s leading vinyl window manufacturers, Hy-Lite Products, the leading manufacturer of acrylic block windows, Fypon, a polyurethane moulding and millwork company, Dixie Pacific, a manufacturer of synthetic columns, and SimEx, a vinyl extrusion company. Sam is currently the chairman of Woodcraft Supply and is a member of the World Presidents’ Organization.
