Hall Spars & Rigging is the only custom carbon-fiber spar manufacturer with three factories providing the same services on three continents. We invite you to visit the state-of-the-art factory nearest you to experience the Hall Seamless construction method first-hand.

You can contact Hall Spars & Rigging at any of our three locations around the world. We have factories in the United States, Holland, and New Zealand. We have service technicians at all three facilities, and we provide service on-site or at your boat.

The factory consists of two buildings totaling 7158 M² of production space, and there are two autoclaves in the factory. The main 45-meter autoclave was built to Hall specifications, and it processes carbon under 6-bar pressure at a temperature of 121°C. All curing is monitored and controlled by computer. This autoclave was designed to create masts for the America's Cup and to manufacture most superyacht masts in one piece, in one cure cycle. This advantage sets Hall apart from other carbon spar manufacturers. A second autoclave measures 20m and processes smaller carbon parts and prototypes.

At Hall Spars & Rigging, we provide rigging choices to complement the design and style of your sailboat and to ensure its top performance for racing or cruising. Hall’s own Seamless Carbon Rigging (SCR) meets the same high standards of strength, durability, and longevity as our seamless carbon-fiber masts and booms. You can also choose from our popular custom standing rigging or running rigging packages. Whether your mast and boom are Hall’s products or not, we have high-quality rigging for your boat, and we will install, inspect, and maintain whatever rigging you choose.

When it was founded in the summer of 1980, Hall occupied 7 Burnside St., the current home of the Herreshoff Marine Museum. A move was made to a larger factory at 17 Peckham Drive in 1990 and then to the current facility in 2004.
