We have been residents of the Manhattan/Wamego/Junction City Kansas area for most of our adult life. We have a passion for helping people define their needs and helping them to develop an Action Plan in order to achieve their goals. We have been in the local Real Estate industry for over 15 years, and have served on the Manhattan Association of Realtors Board of Directors and in various leadership roles in our community. Among many others, she took classes in investments, personal tax, marketing, and real estate. Through this education, she has become familiar with real estate and its many different elements. •She also believes that a good REALTOR ® should know her community inside and out. Manhattan is her home! She has been through the school system and a part of the community and its activities for over twenty years. She has watched the real estate market grow and neighborhoods evolve throughout this time. Ask her about Manhattan! Summer is very involved in our community. She is regular guest speaker at K-State, talking with college students about the Home Buying Process. She also is a member of the Manhattan Young Professionals created by Manhattan ’s Chamber of Commerce. In the recent years, Summer has also participated in the Military housing assistance program at Fort Riley. Lastly, Summer enjoys volunteering her spare time at Hope Ranch, a non-profit horseback riding organization for the Manhattan areas disabled persons.
