Hallmark Pools and Spa's was founded in 1985 by Ted Harrison, and over the years has evolved into San Diego's only full service swimming pool company. Kelly Shawhan joined Hallmark Pools in 1989 and has since become Ted's partner. Both Ted and Kelly have grown the company into an organization with over 60 employees, an incredible retail superstore, and a 13,000 sq. ft. corporate office and warehouse.However, what has not changed is Hallmark's commitment to excellence, and promise to deliver the highest quality product and service. With over 1500 pools built in San Diego County, Hallmark still gets over 90% of it's business from direct referral, including many customers who have built their second pools with Hallmark.Hallmark also subscribes to a unique building process that guarantees no breakdown in communication between the person that sells the pool, and the one that builds it. That's because Hallmark Pools has total responsibility for ensuring your happiness, from start to finish and beyond. Our Building/Construction Team performance is measured by our customers' success.
