Halloran's team is a diverse group with deep experience in the biopharmaceutical, device and contract services industry. We have each worked within the product development industry in clinical development leadership positions. Based on the type of company we work with, our team members are assigned to fulfill the roles they have performed in prior positions within biopharmaceutical companies as employees. Each team member has deep experience in performing the job they are brought in to do, whether it's strategic planning and program management, clinical project management, SOP creation or auditing. They have come to work with us because they recognize the high value they bring to the table, and want to have the ability to help companies who recognize it as well. All of our associates have been in management or senior management within biopharmaceutical companies. Most have also worked with or in Contract Research Organizations extensively, enabling efficient navigation through the outsourcing and vendor management process. All of our associates have experience in at least a decade of managing clinical trials. We match up therapeutic expertise whenever possible, finding that there is no replacement for the wisdom that is gained through years of practice. We utilize selected alliance partners with whom we have worked throughout our careers.
