Trey A. Darwin is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hampshire Group, Limited. Mr. Darwin brings over 15 years of experience of business and financial leadership to his role as Hampshire's Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Director and Vice President of Finance at Haggar Clothing Company where he gained significant experience in implementing both company-wide operational and financial initiatives.

Hampshire Group, Limited along with our wholly-owned subsidiaries, Hampshire Brands, Inc. and Rio Garment S.A., provides fashion apparel across a range of product categories, distribution channels, and price points. We specialize in designing and marketing sportswear to department stores, chain stores and mass market retailers under licensed brands, our own proprietary brands and the private labels of our retailer customers. David L. Gren is President of Rio Garment, a subsidiary of Hampshire Group Limited. Mr. Gren joined Hampshire upon the acquisition of Rio Garment on August 25, 2011. With over 20 years of experience in garment production services in the apparel industry, Mr. Gren has acted as general manager of Rio Garment since 2006. As general manager, Mr. Gren was responsible for the overall performance of the company with a primary focus on manufacturing oversight and the significant customer relationships. Paul Buxbaum is Chief Executive Officer of Hampshire Group, Limited. Mr. Buxbaum was appointed to the role in January 2013 and is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Company. Mr. Buxbaum has served as a director of the Company since August 2011. Mr. Buxbaum is the Chairman and CEO of Buxbaum Group and has been a partner in Buxbaum Group and its related and successor companies for over 25 years.
