I have been with Hampton Roads Termite and Pest Control Inc. for over 20 years now. Over the years I have seen some heart breaking situations with homeowners who are devastated by damage to their homes that they didn’t know existed. “I never knew it was there” has been an all too common statement. Truly people just don’t understand how damaging some insects and moisture can be and where can they go to find out or ask the questions. I don’t do many inspections anymore but I’m still very much involved in helping people with their problems.

In May of 2010 Hampton Roads Termite and Pest Controls commercial accounts were separated from our residential services and became a separate department. Today just a few short years later it is the most rapid growing department in the company. Department manager Larry Davidsons motto of “no prisoners, no survivors” shows throughout his department, and showcases his over 30 years’ experience in the pest control business. Our commercial pest control operators are highly trained, experienced personnel who look at every new account as a challenge.

For close to 30 years Hampton Roads Termite and Pest Control Inc. has focused on working with the local Real Estate community. We have formed close working relationships with many Realtors, not only Involving WDI/WDO Reports, but also on sponsoring many Realtor functions, charitable events and organizations. For Realtors who have yet to use our services we would like to invite you to give us a call. The following is an explanation of some of the services we provide.

Our Inspectors are well trained and have many years of experience in evaluation and identification of these problems and can initiate a plan for treatment, repair and prevention.
