Description

We specialize in teaching handwriting to children and adults of all ages. We provide seminars for teachers and parents, and are happy to provide school-based intervention.

Sandy Purvis, OTR/L, Occupational Therapist, Registered/Licensed, has worked with both children and adults for over 30 years and can appreciate the benefits of a one to one setting to clients.

We conduct lessons at our studio in Ardmore, PA (suburban Philadelphia), and hold them in Ardmore, and Berwyn, PA. We conduct seminars and inservice training at various schools to help teachers learn more effective ways to assist their students. We provide specialized school-based intervention to children in some cooperating local, private schools. Corporate, Industry and Physician Handwriting Workshops can be customized to meet specific needs, in both group and individual settings.

Insurance HandRIGHTing, Ink. does not directly bill health insurance companies. However, we can provide you with an appropriate receipt for you to submit for reimbursement. Whether an insurance company reimburses you for these services is up to your insurance company and your policy with them. HandRIGHTing, Ink. can assist you with information that will help you predetermine to what degree, if any, your insurance will reimburse you. However, HandRIGHTing, Ink. will not call individual health insurance companies to predetermine this information.

Some need more in-depth assessment and one-on-one instruction to overcome an obstacle. We specialize in helping kids.
