Mary manages all the large remodeling projects, interacting with the customers and craftsmen to assure the highest standards of quality and service to our customers. Mary retired from a local Fortune 500 company after 25 years and brings all her experience of operating in a male dominated industry to Handyman Connection.

Kim Day is our newest staff member, starting employment at Handyman Connection in 2012. She is currently a Customer Service Representative. Kim answers the phone calls, taking work orders from customers, assisting with scheduling, and making outbound calls to confirm appointments. She also calls our customers to make certain that the work was 100% satisfactory and that the customer is happy. Kim is friendly and always smiling. She is very familiar with construction and is well versed to answer any questions for our customers.
