Hanover Asset Management is a company licensed by the Czech National Bank for Collective Investment Schemes. Among these are the Qualified Investor Funds, from which investors in Czech Republic or Central European real estate acquisitions or developments may derive significant benefits. Hanover Asset Management specializes in the formation, administration and management of Qualified Investor Funds. These services are performed upon receipt of instructions from duly-accredited Investors (Fund Owners), i.e. once Due Diligence requirements have been satisfied. Investors maintain total control through ownership of the Funds created, but, in parallel, benefit thereafter from Hanover Asset Management’s professional services: compliance, accounting and reporting, all of which are handled with a view to maintaining a seamless relationship with the Regulator (the Czech National Bank). Despite these Funds being subject to certain restrictions, their regulation is reduced to a minimum supervision, due to both the very nature of the Funds’ type as also the Investors’ deemed experience and eligibility to invest in them. Hanover Asset Management’s administration of the Funds adds a further layer of guarantee to their reputable management.
