Description
The Hanover High School band is under the direction of Mrs. Amy Birdsong. The program is comprised of two preformance ensemles; The Wind Ensemble and The Concert Band. Both of these ensembles received a superior rating at the VBODA, District I band festival. In addition the program contains an award winning Jazz Band and Percussion Ensemble. Lastly the music program offers an AP Music Theory class also taught by Mrs. Birdsong (standard taught by Mr. Jamie Barrack). The band program would like to thank all of its supporters and invite them to our Spring Concert on May 22, 2008!
