Home Construction Process – Your build will be managed by one of our on staff Director of Field Operations through completion of the home. Our Field Directors are the best in the business! They personally monitor every aspect of the build process, and have combined for over 50 years of experience.

Adam functions as the Director of Field Operations for Happe Homes. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in multiple facets of the industry including confinement construction, commercial real estate, residential home building, and multi-family project management to the Happe Homes team. Adam has been with Happe Homes since August of 2011, with leadership responsibility for all Field Operations since that time. He also previously served in an oversight capacity for one of the largest multi-family construction projects in the Ames area.

J.D. functions as the Director of Field Operations for Happe Homes. He brings over 20 years of experience in land development, residential home building, and multi-family construction to the Happe Homes team. J.D. has personally supervised over 1000 construction projects during his career, and has facilitated the development of hundreds of acres of land in prospering communities. He also previously served in an oversight capacity for one of the largest privately owned apartment complex companies in the country.

Erin joined the Happe Homes team in December 2013 and functions as the office manager. Erin has over 10 years of professional experience in administrative roles in various positions. Her responsibilities within Happe Homes cover some financial management functions, managing home warranty, and ensuring smooth day to day operations within the office.
