Because puppies are all we sell, we have become experts in our product. We have developed the staff and expertise to make sure that our customers get the support they need to make sure that puppy ownership is a happy experience. We provide ongoing help to all our customers from choosing the best puppy to providing tips and information on care, feeding and training. We have been in business since 1987 and since then fully 50% of our business has come from repeat customers. Happiness is Pets has six convenient Chicagoland locations. All stores have been designed to make it easy and fun to get to know your puppy in a clean, relaxing atmosphere where customers can both interact with the puppies and get expert advice from our trained staff. Because we only sell puppies we are able to offer a large selection of choices. Many of the pups we handle come from champion bloodlines. Most of the larger breeds we handle come from bloodlines with various degree of OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals) Hip Certification.
