Founded in 1987 as “Kingston Scissors and Sun,” we are now widely recognized as Kingston’s premier hair salon. Our business is devoted to offering you the best Style Cuts, Texture Services and Hair Coloring currently available anywhere. Our stylists routinely perform Cut & Color Corrections for clients who had received disappointing results at prominent salons within the Seattle metropolitan area.

For truly predictable outcomes and client satisfaction, the importance of being intimately familiar with a stable product line cannot be overstated. For many reasons, we have chosen to carry the full line of products from Redken , and Pureology . There are currently only two Redken Certified Colorists working on the Kitsap Peninsula, and both of them are on-site at Harbor Hair Design. Our lead stylist is also a Redken Artist, and often conducts advanced color classes for other salons throughout Washington State. She ensures that all of our stylists are firmly committed to continuing education.
