Description

Harbor House Memory Care is a therapeutically designed community that specializes in care for those with dementia disorders. Based on this we provide specialized training to our staff, this allows us to focus all of our energy on providing an exceptional quality of life for our residents.

The Harbor House mission is to provide our residents with the security and stability that they require as individuals to continue to live fulfilling lives with a personal touch. The dedicated staff emphasize a high standard of living while encouraging each residents full potential. The community consists of three separate homes each one housing its own kitchen, living room, dining room, personal living space and courtyards. This therapeutic design allows for the creation of strong relationships among residents, family members and staff.

Physician services are available on-site by our Medical Director, an experienced Geriatrician who specializes in dementia disorders and is a leader in the field. Families may also choose to have there own physician follow the resident’s medical care. Our Psychiatric Medical Director visits residents at the community to provide services in the comfort of the community and reduce stress for the resident.
