Description
Harbor Resources was formed in June of 1997 by Mr. Joe Ireland who has been the managing member since its inception. Harbor was formed to, among other things, sponsor of private oil and gas developmental projects. Developmental projects are relatively lower risk than other types of oil and gas projects like wildcatting. Furthermore, Harbor does not operate its wells. Contract operators are chosen by Harbor for their geographical logistic efficiency.
