1 July 2009: Acutrek Systems and Harbour Mastery Announce Alliance: Acutrek Systems LLC of New York and Harbour Mastery ®, Inc. of Tampa announced today their alliance partnership agreement aimed at drawing a tighter web of surveillance and security management around seaports, airports as intermodal nexuses for the movement of people, cargo and vehicles (ships, aircraft, rail and trucking). Mike Fleisch, President/CEO of Acutrek Systems, will serve on the Harbour Mastery Global Advisory Board. Mr. Fleisch has extensive background in system design and integration for large systems-of-systems.

At the TPA Business Meeting on June 16, 2009, Mr. Richard Wainio, Port Director and CEO, announced that in response to the Request for Proposals international solicitation for qualified firms, from the three proposals submitted and presentations to the evaluation committee "...the Evaluation Committee selected Harbour Mastery, Inc., as the best qualified firm to provide Seaport Vessel Reservations, Billing, Statistics, and Reporting Software to the TPA.

Maritime Directions is a marine industry consulting company. Founded in 2006, initial projects have included a variety of specialized analysis, studies and plans for seaports including port master planning, port performance management studies, statewide strategic planning, capacity analysis and hurricane preparedness, intermodal market assessment, waterfront development feasibility, security market analysis, and security impacts on the cruise industry. Charles Towsley, CEO, serves on the Harbour Mastery Global Advisory Board. Maritime Directions and Harbour Mastery have a marketing agreement.
