Dennis Klingelhofer, PE Dennis Klingelhofer is a registered professional civil engineer in the State of California and has more than 25 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of California’s public finance and special assessment procedures. Dennis has worked with multiple agencies to identify financing alternatives, evaluate the feasibility of forming special financing districts, and to prepare the necessary documents/reports required for district formation and annual administration.

Collaboration, meaning “to labor together,” is more crucial as a core value today than ever before. Here at Harris, we have peeled that word off our placards and are putting it into action in all aspects of our organization. In 2013, we were excited to re-structure to enhance our collaboration throughout the western United States. Inland Empire, Calif. —Carole Sanders, PE, QSD joins Harris & Associates as a Practice Director in the firm's construction management practice with extensive experience in the transportation market. Carole will initially be managing transportation projects in the Inland Empire region. Carole started her career at Caltrans working on I-105 Century Freeway construction in Los Angeles as a bridge engineer.

Alison Bouley, PE Alison Bouley has 15 years of experience in civil design, financial engineering and program management of public works projects. Her background encompasses a wide variety of project types including design of rail, transportation, pipeline and levee projects; program and project management services; and AB1600 development impact fee studies and updates.
