Packard Management Group (HMG) is an owner-operated full-service management company specializing in community and homeowners' associations. HMG is dedicated to providing every client, the Association Board of Directors, apt and timely solutions.

Steven has worked in the hotel industry for over 30 years. He served as a Corporate Controller in the construction and timeshare industries and as on-site Controller for full-service hotels. Steven contributes to multiple departments, including Human Resources, Cash Management, Due Diligence, Financial Projections, Forecasts and Construction Management.

Since 1998, Harris has expanded to become The Harris Companies, a full-service, turn-key operator encompassing three divisions, twenty-five hotels, twenty-one associations, fifteen commercial buildings, one of the largest marinas in San Diego, two corporate offices (San Diego and Toronto) and over 1,100 employees. All are united under Michael and Carrin Goldberg's singular vision of working harder, working smarter and creating value for every client through personalized service.

Harris Management Group is an alliance of three dynamic organizations, collectively owned and operated under one expansive umbrella. We are real estate developers, hotel managers, brokers, community association managers, certified hotel administrators, service providers, consultants and financial specialists working together to provide clients full-service, turn-key project development and management.
