Description
Jan went to Mason City, IA on August 11th and 12th to shadow her former nursing instructor, JoAnn Ermer-Seltun, RN, MS, CWOCN, FNP; her former continence instructor with the internet based webWOC nursing program. Jan found that there are a number of patients plagued with continence issues. Jan shadowed JoAnn to further prepare her to assist the Long-Term Care facilities in meeting the needs of their residents and to better comply with new Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Jan will be able to provide a simple exam, simple testing, and individualized bowel and bladder training programs.
