Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. Houston, Texas DESIGN OF CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS IN A BUILD-TO-SUIT OFFICE BUILDING KRHA was initially hired to assist this prestigious oil and gas company in evaluating build-to-suit proposals to house a new corporate headquarters. Once the developer was chosen, a team effort between the building architect and KRHA allowed critical changes to be made to accommodate specific needs of the client.

We began in 1972 cultivating a team of design professionals who have spent enough time inside the box to appreciate what it means to think outside the box.

Our solution featured an elegant visual style and solid, efficient organizational plan. Each partner has a quadrant which accommodates a separate War Room, associate and legal assistant team, and full dedicated support facilities. The reception room is in the style of a Grand Reading Room, with the library overlooking from the balcony. This project won a national design award in the Law Office Design Competition of the ABA Journal in the ?Large Firm? category. It was also featured in Texas Lawyer .
