Hart Public Relations & Communications LLC was founded in January 2001 with no clients, no prospects and no business cards. Thanks to many colleagues, supporters, mentors and friends, this is our 13th year in business! Special gratitude goes to my PRSA peers and clients for their continued referrals which account for most of my business!
SITUATION: Founded in 2009 by two technology/sales experts, ICV Solutions initially was named to represent Integrity, Commitment and Value. Although the company was financially stable, co-founders realized that the future likely held for them what it held for everyone else in their market space - predictable growth via product sales, better known in the technology industry as a value added retailer (VAR). Considering the in-depth level of its technical expertise, maturity of its technicians and creativity of its senior managers, ICV Solutions wanted intense growth that maximized its strengths.
The most important thing you need to know about Hart Public Relations is that I'm an independent practitioner with 30 years of public relations experience in corporate, agency, academic and nonprofit settings.
Over several months, senior management participated in Real PR, an intensive, comprehensive discovery process to develop a cohesive message platform and identity that could grow with the company and be used throughout the life of the business.
