Evenflo Company, Inc. ("Evenflo") designs, manufactures and markets a broad range of juvenile products including car seats, strollers, safety gates, activity centers and feeding products. Evenflo sells most of its products through five major retailers: Wal-Mart, Target, Babies R Us / Toys R Us, Kmart and Burlington Coat Factory (Baby Depot department).

A key characteristic of a prospective Harvest Partners investment is a requirement that the target company have an experienced and skilled management team. Harvest then actively partners with that team, offering strategic and operational guidance and identifying and developing opportunities for value creation and equity growth.

Harvest Partners, founded in 1981, is a private equity firm with a long history of making investments in middle-market companies. We invest across four industry verticals, backing high quality management teams to acquire and build growing businesses.

Associated Materials, Inc. ("AMI") is a vertically integrated manufacturer and value added distributor of exterior residential building products. The company's core products include vinyl windows, vinyl siding, aluminum and steel siding and accessories. Products are sold on a wholesale basis through the company's dual-distribution network in the United States and Canada, consisting of more than 120 owned supply centers and approximately 250 independent dealers.

Simon Roberts joined Harvest in 2013. Prior to joining Harvest, he was a Managing Director at Diamond Castle Holdings where he was responsible for driving portfolio company performance improvement initiatives. Before Diamond Castle, he spent 15 years at Bain & Company, where he was the lead partner for the New York Private Equity Practice. In this role, Simon worked with many of the leading large cap and mid-market private equity funds on due diligence, post-acquisition performance improvement, and merger integration.
