Our selection of fish, lobsters, shellfish, and smoked fish comes from over 40 local species brought to our store daily. We carefully hand select our seafood from Wellfleet, Chatham, and Provincetown "day boats" so that we have the very best seafood to offer. We fillet all of our own fish to ensure only the finest quality for our customers. Our many years of experience in the seafood business are dedicated to making sure that our customers get only the absolute best local seafood. Hatch's produce carries more than 50 varieties of fruits and vegetables; much of our produce is organic and locally grown. We also have a wide selection of fresh bread, herbs, and salad greens. Our produce arrives daily and is carefully inspected so that our customers may choose from the highest quality fruit and vegetables.
