I appreciate you standing behind your product and sending out experts that made the right corrections necessary to get my pool equipment to work properly. It says a lot about how you treat your customers in how you handled my pool equipment issues. I know one of your selling points to me early on was how you stand behind your pool equipment and your customers to make sure they get what they expect and what they paid for in a Hauk Custom Pool. From what I've seen your company backed up your promise to make sure my Hauk Custom Pool was exactly what you told me and sold me nearly 3 years ago. I appreciate you and how you have stood behind your product and fixed the issues with my pool.

When we originally embarked on the adventure of finding a pool builder we could trust, you and your staff made our decision an easy one. Anyone can simply build a pool, it takes someone special to work so closely with their customers from concept to design and ultimately to construction and beyond. What I wanted is someone I could trust, someone I could have faith in to do the right thing. You and your staff went well above the call of duty many times to ensure my satisfaction. For that, the words "thank you" seem not enough to reflect my true appreciation. Not only is your customer service second to none, the quality of your work and the attention to detail is unmatched. The ability for you to discuss and educate your customers on options and process is also a quality that is unfortunately scarce in today's business world. We ran into one issue during the construction that became evident during he pool decking phase. Not only was our problem resolved to our satisfaction, but Hauk Pools exceeded our expectations in resolving the issue. The bottom line, Hauk delivered the highest quality pool and I will recommend Hauk Pools to everyone.
