We are celebrating our 14th season! The focus of our 14th season of Trolley Tours is the Civil War. Join us as we take a step back in time to when brother fought brother and families were torn apart. Although Illinois was a Free State, because Alton is so close to Missouri (a Slave State), it was a major stop on the Underground Railroad. The chance of escaped slaves being caught was very high. We'll be going to the most active haunts in Alton to give tourists an opportunity to sense the fear, the danger, and meet the ghosts for themselves.
