Prior to founding HEP, Charles was a partner at RevoluSun & Distributed Energy Partners in charge of the company’s commercial business development activities. In this role he grew the company’s sales from $5 to $24 million in a single year. With his support the company became the largest solar integrator in the state, capturing a share of the PV market in excess of 30 percent.
