Hawaii First provides residential rental management through its separate rental division, providing full service management to property owners interested in renting their properties without the hassle of being a landlord. This service is also available to Associations desiring to rent foreclosed units in order to produce income while waiting for final foreclosure action.

David has been a part of the Hawaii First team for over 11 years. An expert in the field, he ensures efficiency and is a planner; specific in the way he completes each undertaking and venture.

Hawaii First has a renewed energy in delivering the very best service. This month we welcome Rick Palagano as Client Controller responsible for issuance of timely accurate client financial statements. Rick has been a Controller for over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Originally from the east coast, Rick has worked in different states, Missouri, Texas, and Arizona. Our pledge is to issue all financial statements by the 20th of each calendar month. Rick is supported by 16 qualified team members in the accounting department, many with advanced degrees.
