Description

ALU LIKE, Inc. is the largest Hawaiian community-based organization (CBO) in the State of Hawaii whose charter provides it the latitude to address the needs of disadvantaged people, Hawaiians, and non-Hawaiians. In 1986, the IBM Corporation approached ALU LIKE, Inc. to determine the possibilities of a partnership in establishing a job-training center using IBM hardware.
