Maynard Tapp Maynard is the founder of Hawk Consultants LLC, having initiated work with Alaska oil industry clients in Anchorage in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and is experienced in effective project-control strategies. He specializes in planning, cost control, and scheduling for major industrial projects. He focuses on project and construction management services for both industrial and commercial projects. He is an experienced claims consultant who has successfully resolved over 400 construction disputes.
