With over 10 plus years of experience in Administration, Customer Service, and Marketing fields in her background and knowledge, she understands the importance of being part of a dependable, reliable and strong support system. Prior to joining Hay Darby Michelle received her Associates in Counseling for the State of Texas; during and thereafter, has been in the Oil and Gas industry for the past eight years. Being a true Austinite and Texan, Michelle is proud to service her community in any way she can.
