HB Group, Incorporated, located in North Haven, Connecticut, has been providing Audio-Visual, Video and Audio rental equipment and services for over 15 years. Originally founded in 1985 as a department of HB Communications, we provided loaner equipment to clients while their equipment was being serviced or repaired. Clients quickly began asking for more equipment and services and in 1987, HB Group was incorporated as an independent affiliate. HB Group has seen rapid growth over the years. Originally functioning as an Audio-Visual equipment rental house, we soon saw the need for equipment and services ranging from large screen projection, specialized computer data display, video production equipment and trade show services. Our offerings now include Sony HDCAM, live video streaming, video teleconferencing, full project planning assistance and we are constantly expanding our services. One thing has always set HB above all others: the exceptional service the customers receive.Many clients know exactly what equipment they need to achieve their results. Those who do not know what technology will work best in their project can trust the sales and technical staff to select the equipment and services needed to achieve the desired results. We'll work backwards from the outcome to the load-in and throughout the process help develop the Solution needed for the project.Our most valuable asset is in our employees. They are the reason more clients return to HB for their equipment and services. HB has worked hard over the years to provide specialized technical training to the staff. We now work with ICIA/Infocomm and many manufacturers to keep the staff current on technology and products.
