The Human Development Resource Council Inc., HDRC, was founded in 1985. HDRC is a not for profit, educational organization that produces materials, based on sourced and documented medical research, on the subjects of fetal development, pregnancy and sexual health. HDRC produces materials for public schools, health organizations, social service agencies, and hospitals that are unabridged, and indisputable, as a result of documented and factual, medical research. Because of our solid donor support we are able to intentionally price our products under the market, thus insuring greater volume and maximum influence. Our commitment to our supporters and our customers is that we do not editorialize or sensationalize. Behavioral recommendations in our products, including sexual abstinence, are conclusions derived solely from medical fact.
