Description
Don Sullivan, President of Head Hog, has 20 years experience in welding. He developed the proprietary Metallic overlay process used by Head Hog in its Valve Seat Restoration. Don is committed to Vintage Motorcycle Restoration, preserving antique motorcycles and keeping them on the road. Don has been a member of AMCA (Antique Motorcycle Club of America) for 20 years. Headhog has helped to preserve 100's of Vintage Motorcycles in almost every state in the U.S., as well as Tokyo and the U.K. We have a 0% rejection ratio; every cylinderhead, pan head, knucklehead, frame or case that we've seen-- we've restored. We receive and ship with UPS daily. We will contact you when your parts arrive, and keep you informed as to the progress of the restoration. As soon as repairs are completed, we will contact you and let you know that the restored parts are on the their way back to you, so you will always know where your parts are. Through the "Wheels Through Time Museum" Headhog is helping to replicate a 1937 Harley Davidson Knucklehead, that will be featured in an upcoming feature film. ON-GOING RESEARCH Head Hog is involved in research and development on an on-going basis, in order to further our capabilities. At present we are developing a process to repair the panhead cylinder head valve seats that have been previously machined out and destroyed. If you are interested in such repair, contact us to be placed on our mailing list, and we will keep you updated.Contact Head Hog: By E-mail, Phone or U.S. Mail Don Sullivan 7484 Kennard Seville, OH 44273 330-948-9938 330-592-2500 donsullivan@headhog.com Home Cylinder Heads/Panheads Knuckleheads Case Restoration Frame Restoration Other Services Links About Us Copyright
