Health Care DataWorks (HCD) today announced Ivo Nelson has joined their board of directors. Mr. Nelson is world renowned for building some of the largest health care outsourcing and consulting teams in the United States. Presently, Nelson is the chairman of Encore Health Resources, which he founded in 2009.
