A reprint is a stand-alone, custom-printed piece that is created from a previously published article in one of our publications. Reprints can be used to educate or inform your clients about management approaches, industry trends and innovations, as well as to promote products, creative ideas or solutions at trade shows, seminars and conferences. Health Forum reprints can be customized to deliver your message in a format that works for you. The Basics Sizes: Standard delivered page size is 8" x 10.75", Health Forum publication trim size. Letter size of 8.5" x 11" is also available. Pages: Reprints come in 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, or 16 page format. Color: Reprints are available in color or black and white ink. Paper: A high-quality 70 lb. gloss coated enamel stock is standard for our reprints. Paper upgrades are available for an additional cost. Finishing: Multiple page reprints will be trimmed and folded to the final page size. Reprints of 8 or more pages will be folded, trimmed and stapled at the centerfold. Other folding options are available. Reprints can also be shrink-wrapped in packets of 25 or more. Talk to our service representative regarding options and costs involved. Turnaround time: Standard turnaround — written order in our hands to order shipment — is 10 to 12 working days. Rush service is also available on request. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Billing: Invoices are issued after the order has been shipped. Terms of payment: Net 30 days. Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are accepted. Customizing Reprints In all instances, advertising that appeared on the original pages will be deleted, and the text reformatted to fit the available space. As space allows, there are a number of ways to customize the reprints to fit your marketing needs, including: Talk to our service representative regarding your specific customizing needs, the estimated cost for the work involved, and specifics on what materials you will need to provide to complete the project. (most logos or other art can be e-mailed direct to us). Proofs will be provided for approval before printing customized reprints.
