Steven Petrie has been a therapist for over 25 years, specializing in treatment of children, adolescents and families. His areas of expertise include attention deficit disorder, depression, grief and school-related problems. Steven enjoys working with families and believes parents need to be an integral part of the treatment process. Mr. Petrie works collaboratively with his patients to develop treatment goals that capitalize on their strengths and to develop solutions for the problems his patients bring to therapy.

Dr. Sharon Fedderly is a clinical psychologist who has been working with children, adolescents, adults and families for over 25 years. Dr. Fedderly received her Ph.D. at Northwestern University in 1988. She completed her clinical internship at Mendota Mental Health Institute in Madison, Wisconsin, and then worked for three years at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in both the Rehabilitation Medicine Department and in the Parent-Infant Development Program and Clinic. Dr. Fedderly has been in private practice in Milwaukee since 1991.

Dr. Drapes's approach is to consider the person's needs and symptoms in developing an individualized psychological treatment plan. He is mindful of the unique characteristics of each individual and respectful of the struggle for problem resolution and psychological growth. Dr. Drapes has expertise and years of experience in providing insight-oriented and behavior psychotherapy.

Dr. Schulz has experience in a variety of behavioral health treatment settings allowing him to care for patients with a wide spectrum and degree of psychological illness. He staffed the Mental Health Complex Psychiatric Crisis Service for over ten years. He was able to help a broad age-range of patients from children, adolescents, and adults to the elderly. Dr. Schulz constantly evaluated patients brought by police officers under "medical observation." He was able to efficiently evaluate and triage these patients to the appropriate treatment environment for their particular degree of illness.

Dr. Charous enjoys ease of communication with a wide range of individuals. She has extensive prior experience as a high school teacher and has been active in medical student education at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She has lectured both locally and at national conferences on topics such as the psychological aspects of latex allergy, chronic illness and stress, caregiver stress, and women and aging issues. She has additional expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma counseling. Dr.
