Health Research Systems, Inc. was founded in 1991, and has many years of experience in providing specimen collection services for occupational health testing to a variety of clients. Health Research Systems, Inc. began by providing collection services contractually on a national basis to many clients in a variety of transportation venues. In 1994 Health Research Systems, Inc. developed and began to offer clients a complete drug and alcohol testing program. We now provide comprehensive programs to many clients in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. Health Research Systems, Inc. currently has offices in Huntington and Charleston West Virginia, and provides services to all of West Virginia, as well as southern Ohio and eastern Kentucky.Health Research Systems, Inc.'s growth, commitment and ability to provide quality services to each and every client is due to its expert personnel. Mr. Michael G. Day is President of Health Research Systems, Inc. He is willing and able to provide expert testimony on program administration that stands behind the specimens collected by Health Research Systems, Inc..Mr. Randy Pauly is the Occupational Health Testing Director for Health Research Systems, Inc.. Mr. Pauly currently oversees the day to day operations of Health Research Systems, Inc.'s many programs, with approximately 6,000 employees involved in these programs. He is also able to provide expert testimony concerning program administration, specimen collection and breath alcohol testing.
