The management of HFA has provided collection services to the healthcare industry for over thirty (30) years. HFA's innovative financing programs were among the first ever introduced over 13 years ago. Over time, news of our programs has spread, and, in 1995, we added a location in Columbia, South Carolina to help service the entire Gulf South region. To complement HFA, Receivable Recovery Service (RRS) was formed to performs traditional collection agency recoveries of delinquent receivables. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and an unparalleled collection staff, RRS has consistently exceeded the industry's recovery results.
