RUG’s/Customer Appreciation Events – We sponsor all the Regional User Groups at the highest possible sponsorship level to provide maximum support for our Customers. Frequently our Associates go to the RUG’s and co-present with our Customers or topics of critical interest to the Customers.

Since being established in 2002, we consistently work hard to live up to the trust given to us by our Customers.

Our goal is to be the very best at what we do and that starts with selecting and retaining the right Associates and ends with our Customers success. We measure our success based our Customers success … if you are successful then we have accomplished our goals as a company.

HPG delivers Application Services, PRN® Services and Project Advisory Services that insure our Customers get the results they expect from their Cerner Millennium® Applications. In order to implement the types of process enhancements needed to achieve improved clinical and operational efficiencies, HPG provides individual consultants or consulting teams which are highly technically skilled, rich in domain experience - and focused on the attainment of our Customers’ goals.
