In the fall of 1987, the concept of HealthCare Review was born. We recognized that the healthcare community had a silent voice and needed to be heard. In an industry as important as health care, we realized communication between providers was essential. Topics like health care trends, laws, technology and discovery should be shared and noted so workers could provide the best care to their patients. This is the philosophy behind HealthCare Review. Our first publication was a statewide issue for New Hampshire. Our premiere edition featured a heart-warming story about Gary Aramini, a Granite Stater whose obsession with fighting cancer inspired him to jog across the United States twice to raise money for research and to give hope to all he met along the way. Much like Gary, we hit the ground running. Our initial success was so encouraging we began printing another statewide issue for Vermont.
