Willa is a Medical Technologist and has over 30 years of experience in clinical settings and consulting. She is experienced in all phases of hospital information system implementation including definition, specification, build, test, and training. She has implemented clinical and ancillary information systems including laboratory, operating room, and radiology from a number of different vendors. Her in-depth knowledge of laboratory systems includes instrument interfaces, ISBT labeling, interfaces with patient demographics, order entry and results reporting as well as LOINC code mapping.

Joy is a registered nurse and brings over 25 years of clinical and healthcare informatics experience to HealthNET. When listing the vendors and applications that she has worked with, the list seems endless and includes strategy development as well as project execution. She is experienced in JCAHO accreditation from both the nursing and IT perspectives as well as Meaningful Use attestation for multiple stages.

Clif founded HealthNET in 1989 and it is his vision that has created the long-term partnerships we have with many of our clients. With over 25 years of experience in operations and health information technology management, Clif continues to be a creative leader as HealthNET assists clients with optimizing their use of information technology.
