These are some of the comments we’ve received: My son is 4 years old and has been in the Little Ninja program with Kevin Geary at Karate USA Windermere for almost 6 months now. I have to say, enrolling him at Karate USA has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. My son was not even 4 when he enrolled and a little on the hyper side, he had MAJOR issues with focus and following any sort of instruction, not to mention he was a bit of a “tech boy” and preferred to spend most of his free time on the computer. Since enrolling with Mr. Geary at Karate USA we have seen major improvement in his ability to focus and follow direction as well as an amazing improvement in motor skills and balance. Geary seems to be pretty patient and understanding with the younger kids while also challenging them and pushing them to try hard and do their best. There’s also a good effort put in for individual instruction as needed. Mr. Geary incorporates a no nonsense, yet still fun, atmosphere at the studio that I think most kids could benefit from. Communication is superb! ~ Chasity Clark My experience with Karate USA has been a wonderful one. It offers a variety of programs for kids of all ages as well as for adults. The place is new and clean. My son is only 3.5 but he really likes the program; the instructors are all very good with kids. My 9-yr old son started taking classes at the John’s Creek location about 3 months ago and he LOVES it. They have a very kid friendly atmosphere with positive reinforcement (they give tape stripes on their belts between each belt color advancement). Mr. Lee is great with kids and are consistently at several classes that my son attends each week. Overall, a great place to learn karate. ~ Erika S. Karate USA is the best. Love this school, no long term contracts, very affordable rates, great staff that love the kids and use just the right amount of strictness mixed with humor to teach them valuable lessons about responsibility, perseverance, discipline, and confidence! We have been very impressed with the teaching at Karate USA. Our daughter loves the classes. Also, the email communication and websites are excellent! I have 2 girls in the Karate USA program at Windermere. It is fantastic, my girls love to go! They have more confidence now. They participated in a tournament recently and I would never have expected them to want to do something like that. It has really been wonderful for them! My brother and I love Karate USA. Classes are so much fun and we love to spar. Mr. Geary teaches us grappling, boxing, sparring, and other fun stuff. Drill days are super fun because you get to have races with the other kids.
