Healthy Baker began in July 2004, as a project with the Baker County Health Advisory Council, the Baker County Health Department, and the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida Inc. to find out the community's views on its health and services through surveys and focus groups. The community's views helped us pick key health issues that face Baker County . Over the next few months, the Healthy Baker Initiative will provide the community with information and resources to empower residents to improve health.
