Jolene has been with Hearing Professionals for over 10 years and is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Jolene has two children who are hearing impaired. Both began wearing hearing aids at young ages. Her experience with hearing loss and hearing aids prompted her to start working with other people who have hearing difficulties. She completed her clinic and diagnostic work with Dr. Welsh and Dr. Vyas, and was the first person in the state of Ohio to receive a perfect score in her final Practical Board Exam. Jolene performs hearing testing, hearing aid consultations and fittings.

Dr. Welsh joined the practice in 1984 and served the surrounding community for over 25 years until his recent retirement.
